Decentralised Autonomous Organisations (DAOs) and the Corporate Law of the Future

DAOs are increasingly penetrating the breadth of society. Based on blockchain technology and autonomous, self-enforcing programmes, they are creating more direct, more transparent and more global forms of organisation. The traditional executive body is replaced by a programme that implements and enforces the will of the participants and enables effective self-organisation. An article by Dr. Stephan D.
